Delivery Information
At Amaziah, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) after the order has been placed. During busy periods, dispatch times may extend to up to 72 hours. Please note that same-day dispatch cannot always be guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email or SMS, along with your tracking information, using the contact details provided at checkout.

United Kingdom Delivery
We offer multiple delivery options for customers across the UK mainland.
Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days) – from £3.20
Your order should arrive within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch (excluding public holidays).
Our standard delivery service is handled by Evri.
Spend £30 or more to qualify for FREE standard delivery.
Express / Next Day Delivery (1–2 Working Days) – from £4.10
With our faster delivery option, your order should arrive within 1–2 working days from dispatch.
We may use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or Amazon Delivery depending on the option selected at checkout.
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email or phone number once your order has been dispatched.
Europe Delivery
Amaziah ships to many countries across Europe. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on location and parcel weight.
Our international shipping partners include DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel.
USA & Canada
For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, please allow an additional 1–2 working days for order processing.
We ship using DHL and UPS for reliable international delivery. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination.
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Rest of the World
We want customers around the world to experience Amaziah products, so we ship to many international destinations.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
International Standard
Delivered using Royal Mail International Standard, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 working days from dispatch.
Please allow extra time during busy periods such as holidays or peak seasons.
International Tracked
Tracked delivery is available for selected countries. If you require your tracking details again, please contact our support team.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply once the parcel arrives in their country.
Shipping FAQs
Do I need to pay Import Duty or VAT?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Amaziah is not responsible for any additional fees charged once the parcel has been shipped.
I have not received my order
Please allow up to:
• 10 working days for UK deliveries
• 20 working days for international deliveries
during busy periods.
If your order still has not arrived, please contact our support team at help@shopamaziah.com, and we will investigate the issue for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can update your shipping address before the order has been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address.
My parcel was returned to sender
Parcels may be returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Undeliverable location
• Damaged parcel
Once we receive the parcel back, we can arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
My parcel arrived damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Check the contents of the package
- Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items
- Email the photos to help@shopamaziah.com
